Year 3 and 4 Common Exception Words

Below is a list of words your child needs to be able to both spell and use in their everyday writing. We will work on these in school; you could also help by practising them at home.

Weekly Spellings

Each week, children will be given a list of spellings to learn ready to be tested the following week. It is helpful to practise putting these into sentences so that children get an awareness of using the words within a context.
